We are thrilled to announce that in April, Vision Scotland will be relocating from Kings Park Hospital to our new, state-of-the-art clinic just a short distance away. This exciting move has been made possible thanks to the support of our dedicated community optometrists who trust us to care for their patients.
We understand that some patients may have a strong connection to Kings Park Hospital and may choose to return there for their eye care. Rest assured, Mr. Mantry, who has established a strong reputation at Kings Park Hospital, will continue to provide his surgical services at Kings Park and our new clinic.
Our new clinic, Vision Scotland Stirling (VSS), will provide the same exceptional patient experience as our Edinburgh location, while also enhancing optometrist education and engagement opportunities.
We are excited to invite you to visit our new clinic, where we will be hosting regular CPD and training sessions to support you in your practice. Join us for a day at the clinic to witness the patient journey firsthand and learn more about the services we offer to your patients. We can also assist with placements for those pursuing their independent prescribing qualification.
VSS will offer patients greater appointment flexibility and the ability to choose the most suitable surgeon to meet their individual needs. We encourage patients to consider Vision Scotland for their surgery, as it allows for continuity of care and offers options like bilateral same-day surgery. For those who prefer Kings Park Hospital, we will continue to provide surgical care there.
The new clinic is located at Castle Business Park, Stirling FK9 4TU easily accessible with excellent car parking facilities. Our clinic is designed to be spacious, relaxed, and patient-friendly, allowing friends and family to relax with a tea or coffee while waiting for their loved ones.
