Upper blepharoplasty removes excess skin and fat from the upper eyelids, improving hooded or drooping lids and enhancing overall eye contour. Lower blepharoplasty targets under- eye puffiness, sagging skin, and fine lines, creating a smoother, more youthful appearance. Together, these procedures can refresh tired- looking eyes, improve facial symmetry, and in some cases, enhance vision affected by eyelid drooping.
Performed with precision and care, blepharoplasty offers natural-looking results with quick recovery, leaving the eyes looking brighter, more youthful and refreshed.
The cost of eyelid surgery depends on whether you’re considering upper eyelid surgery, lower blepharoplasty, or a combination of both. Our prices start from £3,100. *

Ointment should be used to keep the treated area well moisturised. This can be used several times a day until the tube runs out or until advised to stop by your clinician. Once this is finished, you can use your own chosen moisturiser several times a day for the next 3 months. Do not use a barrier cream. The aim of regular moisturising is to ensure the skin doesn’t become tight and to minimise any scarring.
For swelling and bruising, cool packs can be used. You may also want to take Ibuprofen, if you can, to minimise swelling and bruising. You can also use Arnica cream and/or Arnica tablets for this purpose.
Try to sleep in a more upright position for the first two nights post surgery, this will also help to reduce any swelling. Regular pain killers can also be taken after surgery to keep you comfortable and reduce post operative pain.
