Responsibilities:
- Manage and measure traditional marketing campaigns and digital marketing activity
- Handle outside advertising, door drops, social media contact management, PPC, website management, events, and experiential activity
- Work with a high level of autonomy and manage a fast-paced work environment
- Collaborate with the team to drive marketing strategies and initiatives
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field – 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing
- Ability to travel within Scotland as needed
